Scott DeNardo

DeNardo is described as an international corporate counsel, business leader and entrepreneur with twenty years of experience as a General Counsel and senior executive, creating, acquiring and running businesses, negotiating complex commercial agreements with large and Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience in directly negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, litigation management, labor, finance, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, technology agreements including network, software, data, phone applications, digital, and social media.

DeNardo is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Business and Sociology with a minor in Engineering and Computer Science. He received his JD from Western Michigan University with a concentration in Corporate and International Law. 

After law school DeNardo began working as General Counsel at  Cadmus Mack-The Mack Printing Group, then Conduit Global, Managing Director at American Conference Institute, Senior Vice President at Providio MediSolutions, then joined Cohen, Feeley, Altemose & Rambo law firm in 2010. In 2019, DeNardo decided to go in-house and became Senior Vice President at Archer Systems, LLC.
