By Invitation Only

The 2026
MDL Judicial Summit

The Ritz Carlton
Denver, Colorado

The Tech Summit has no rival, and this year’s event was the best of the best. I don’t know how you do it, but the whole deal comes together in one seamless achievement, which comes as close to magic as I have ever witnessed. What really impresses me is the exceedingly high quality of the panels and the collegiality and good will of every participant. People always disagree agreeably, which is because you set the tone from the outset.
Judge Royal Ferguson
U.S. District Judge (Retired) Dean Emeritus, UNT Dallas College of Law FurgesonMalouf Law PLLC
Richard, You did a remarkable job of presenting a two-day program on cutting edge issues of complex litigation. Congratulations. Each of the panels was carefully crafted to provide the audience with a wide spectrum of opinions so that everyone in the audience could profit from the knowledge and experience of the speakers. It was wonderful to be there.
Professor Arthur Miller
New York University School of Law
What an inspiring, educational and amazing third year of this very unique and invitation only Summit. So proud to be able to sponsor this again, speak at it and spend time with colleagues and judges from around our nation. Loved our time together and huge thanks to Richard Arsenault and Texas Tech University for bringing us together and making this possible each year. Richard once again outdid himself!
