Managed the video equipment, department, and staff. Was responsible for technology throughout all Paszkiewicz offices in Glen Carbon, Springfield, Chicago, and New Orleans. Maintained a core list of vendors throughout the US and Internationally to provide video depositions throughout the world. Transcoded and produced formats to meet many different clients’ needs and requests. Acted as the main videographer for high profile legal video depositions throughout the US. Maintained and built the VOIP phone system used throughout all Paszkiewicz offices.

• Negotiated rates and secured reliable vendors throughout the US allowing the video department to increase profits on an average of 20%

• Built a portable video production studio to be able to fly anywhere in the US and provide law firms the ability to integrate digital and hard copy materials with multiple cameras to produce a live picture in picture effect that creates a more cohesive and interactive video deposition for the jury at trial

• Developed a cost-effective method for live video conferencing to be done anywhere, allowing for attorneys to save money by not traveling to the deposition
