Amanda is an experienced trial attorney at the national level. She has represented multiple pharmaceutical and medical device entities through litigation matters including fact and expert discovery, pre-trial and trial-related motions and submissions, expert witness preparation, and trials. Amanda focuses her practice on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, product liability, toxic torts, and business litigation.
• Represented pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers as both national and local counsel, including in mass tort multi-district litigation
• Represented major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in cases involving prescription and over-the-counter drugs, hormonal agents, animal health care products, coronary stents, and ophthalmic surgical products
• Represented pharmaceutical companies involved in class action matters, patent litigation, and actions brought by state Attorneys General
• Worked on aspects of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including fact and expert discovery, pre-trial and trial-related motions and submissions, expert witness preparation, and trials
• Drafted appellate briefs, including certiorari briefs to the United States Supreme Court
