Chris manages and directs strategy in mass-tort product liability litigation, internal and external investigations, and counsels on compliance and risk management.
Prior to Bayer, Mr. Guth practiced as a litigator in the Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP as member of the Life Sciences, Corporate Litigation, and Gaming & Digital Media teams. He is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law.
