Prior to becoming Director of Legal Business Enablement and Alignment with Stryker, Leila Hock served as the chief growth officer for Diversity Lab. Leila began her career as a lawyer at Mayer Brown in Chicago before moving in-house to Kraft Foods. Leila supported Diversity Labs’ efforts to innovate ideas and solutions that boost diversity and inclusion in law. In that role, she worked directly with law firms and legal groups on professional development curricula geared towards business development and enhancing the dynamic interpersonal skills needed to advance in today’s professional world.
